General Conditions

1. Payment
• You must pay a non refundable $250.00 deposit within 3 days after booking your surf tour.
• You must pay the balance of your surf tour costs no later than 60 days prior to your departure date.
• If you have not paid the balance of the cost of your surf tour by 60 days prior to your departure, your $250.00 deposit will be forfeited

2. Cancellation Fees
If you have paid your deposit and the balance of the cost of your surfing trip the following cancellation rules shall apply:
i. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to departure date - $250.00 deposit paid by you is forfeited;
ii. If you cancel 30 to 60 days prior to departure date – 50% of total monies paid by you is forfeited; and
iii. If you cancel within 30 days prior to departure date – The entire amount “100%” paid, by you is forfeited

3. How to pay
Payments can be made by cheque, direct deposit or credit card. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Contact us for bank details or to pay by credit card.

4. Travel Insurance
It is compulsory that all surfing tour participants have Travel Insurance. Contact us for your travel insurance requirements.

5. Release and Indemnity
Surfing is a potentially dangerous sporting activity that may result in injury or death. All surfing tour participants must sign our Release and Indemnity form before participating in our surfing tours.
