Louis Harris
Louis finds himself running the operation more from behind the scenes nowadays. He spends a lot of his time studying and archiving the tours in relation to the surf conditions experienced right through to the massive amounts of photos and videos collected each season. Louis handles all the surf tour enquiries and deals with the paperwork side of things.
Ross Pottinger
Ross is the premier photographer in the group. His skills with the camera are based upon a lifetime of shooting photos in all areas of photography from architectural right through to snow and surf photography. Ross has vast experience in the different regions of the Maldives and knows how to keep guests entertained throughout the tours.
Nick Welles
Nick runs the boat operation year round. Nick's experience with running tours is critical to getting guests the best waves. His knowledge of positioning in the line up is a huge bonus to the guests who take the time to ask. His creative streak comes out when looking for different angles to shoot photos from and he constantly provides a great adventure to his guests that come on board.
Jade Rogers
Jade brings a level of enthusiasm on board that keeps people on their toes. Jade's motivational skills keeps everyone surfing and enjoying themselves. When he is not taking photos he is making sure the guests are understanding what the boats next move is and is the go to man for guest relations.
